We are looking for a strong, dynamic and driven Project Manager to take an innovative product that has been created to deliver leadership training to young people throughout the UK through to the final stages of delivery. The product is well into the development stage, and the aim is to launch in January 2016.
The ultimate aim of the product will be to roll it out to the commercial sector and a leadership training tool for small businesses, sports teams, clubs and associations.
The role includes liaison with several agencies involved in the creation and manufacture of the product, overseeing the design, liaising with accreditation bodies, working with schools and staff, and driving the process in a controlled and focused manner until launch in January 2016. The successful candidate must have:
- Good strategic planning skills.
- An excellent personal manner.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience in the education and / or leadership sectors a distinct advantage.
- Excellent administration.
This is a classic “project management” role, requiring excellent administration, reporting back to the project director, and strong focus on the aim whilst co-ordinating several key agencies.
The role is based in Bristol. The successful applicant must be prepared to work from the office at Leaderbox HQ, although a certain amount of working from home may be possible.
This is a six month contract leading to the delivery of the product to market. There is the distinct possibility that the role will extend beyond this period, however this can only be confirmed once the launch has been successfully achieved.
